MU names badminton players for selection trials

Imphal, October 10 2024: Manipur University has named a list of players for selection trials for its men's and women's badminton teams for the 2024-25 season.

The trial will be held on October 12, 2024 at 10 am at Dr Kamal Indoor Stadium, Manipur University.

The male players named for the trial are
Salam Stearly Singh (N Bihari College), Thoudam Dison Singh (N Bihari College),
Md Nawas Shariff (MU Classes), Chandrakanta M (MU Classes), Laishram Akash (K Pemton College),
Kondam Sandeep (K Pemton College), Y Johnson (Manipur College),
Rajkumar Alen (Mangolnganbi College), H Rohenkumar (Mangolnganbi College),
Bonson (Thambal Marik College), Bhasen (Thambal Marik College),
K Nganba (Pole Star College), Chirom Vikson Singh (Pole Star College),
Chingangbam Ritesh (Pole Star College), Zomi Singham (Biramangol College),
N Anivash (Biramangol College), S Joychandra (Liberal College)
and T Dingku (K Pemton College) .

The female players called-up for the trial include
S Kanchan (Imphal College), S Priyaluxmi (SKWC), Swet Loitongbam (MU Classes),
Mercy Thoudam (MU Classes), Shellina Kh (Liberal College)
and Sh Bhumika (Biramangol College) .
