AR provides volleyball court at Kangkum village

Imphal, March 02 2021: Shangshak battalion of Assam Rifles provided a Volleyball court, distributed sports amenities and organised Friendly volleyball match at Kangkum village yesterday.

The friendly Volleyball match between the youth clubs of Punamram village, Kangkum village and Assam Rifles team from Kasong was organised to encourage the youth to stay fit and remain focused in sports following the vision of Fit India Movement, said a statement issued by PRO Assam Rifles.

The event was attended by village authorities, village elders, youth and children who all applauded & appreciated the efforts of Assam Rifles as true friends of the Northeast, added the statement.
