WAKO India National Kickboxing C'ship : Team Manipur finish with 34 medals including 20 gold

Imphal, December 30 2021: Team Manipur won 10 golds, 4 silver and 4 bronze on the last day of the WAKO india National Kick Boxing Championship-2021 which was concluded today at the Chatrapati Shivaji Sports Complex, Pune.

With these, Team Manipur won 34 medals including 20 gold, 7 silver and 7 bronze medals at the Championship.

In the under 14 category, Th Nikhil Singh won golds in 47 Kg Kick-light category; Md Sahid Ashif won gold in junior 54 kg Light-contact category; G Nandashyam won gold in senior 54 kg Full-contact category; Md Firoz won gold in senior 51kg Low-kick category; L Sananacha won gold in senior 54 kg K-1 category; G Dijamani Sharma won gold in senior 60 kg Full-contact category; V Muanminthang won gold in senior K-1 category; L Thangsianlun won gold in senior 57 kg K-1 category and Kh Brainny won gold in junior 57 kg Full-contact category.

Kh Bishwanath won silver in senior 35 kg Low-kick category; L Dhanachandra, silver in senior 86 kg K-1 category; L Shanathoi, silver in senior 54 kg point fighting category and Sh Shivason, silver in junior 57 kg Low-kick category.

In the under 14 category M Roshan Singh won silver in 69 kg Kick-light category; N Neeraj, bronze in under 13 57 kg Point-fighting category; Y Hemlet Meetei, bronze in cadet 47 kg Light-contact category and Ph Donut Sharma, bronze in junior 57 kg Point-fighting category.
