Imphal, January 30 2015 : Imphal West clinched the team event title of the ongoing 60th State Veteran Badminton Tournament organised by Manipur Badminton Association (MBA) today at MBA indoor stadium DM College campus.

In today's men's single event, Oinam Sunil Kumar beat Md Manjur Ahmed 21-13, 21-16, Atom Chitaranjan Meitei beat Ahanthem Sanjoy 21-10, 21-7, Mayanglangbam Kanta defeated Thokchom Bijen 21-14, 14-21, 21-16, Oinam Santosh overcame Saka Hopeson 17-21, 21-14, 21-16, KG Kom beat L Krishnakumar 21-12, 16-21, 21-12, Shambulal Pradhan beat P Ronald 21-9, 21-15, Ch Kamini defeated G Binoy Kabui 21-10, 16-21, 21-11, M Somen beat C Mathew 231-17, 21-14 and H Inaocha beat L Sadananda 21-11, 21-4 .

In the men's double event, L Saratchandra and Oinam Ibopishak downed Ayekpam Mohendro and Ngangom Nandabir 21-16, 21-9, M Priyananda and N Bikram defeated Atom Chitaranjan Meitei and H Ahenta Sharma 21-13, 21-18, M Jiten and Oinam Sunil Kumar beat Naorem Roben and Sushil Haorongbam 21-15, 21-16, A Dineshor and T Tolen downed Sharungbam Lokendro and Th Biramangol Meitei 21-15, 21-17, L Krishnakumar and S Shayamananda beat Haobijam Shyam and Thokchom Bijen 21-6, 21-10, Oinam Santosh and Ph Kenedy beat H Ibomcha Meitei and M Minachandra Singh 15-21, 22-20 and 21-12 .
