Kangpokpi, November 29 2012: SMT, Sapormeina beat Kanggui Christian College, Kangpokpi 2-0 while FC Khanglai routed LAYO 6-1 in today's matches of the 5th Mangboi Memorial Cup football tournament at Thomas Ground, Kangpokpi.

Alen (10th) and Hahao (18th) scored in SMT's triumph, while in the second match won by FC Khanglai, Kamkhohao (23rd), Hangminlen (25th, 32nd), Minthang (42nd), Momon (45th) and Chonga (51st) netting for the winning side with Paocha scoring the LAYO consolation goal in the 40th minute.

At LS Lunneh playground, Molsang Youth Club and Motbung Youth Club were locked in a 2-2 draw in the first match while Hills Kids Taphou cruised past Kangpokpi Youth Union at 2-0 in the second.

Haojakam (11th, 78th) scored both the Molsang goals while Boijo (26th) and Sanjoy (68th) responded for the Motbung side.

Lamminlal (29th) and Lamgou (49th) ensured the comfortable victory for Hills Kids Taphou against KYU in the second match.
