PHAM, Lizard thrash opponents in State Hockey

Imphal, June 29 2012: PHAM and Lizard humiliated their respective opponents in today's matches of the 3rd State Level Men's and Women's Open Hockey Tournament organised by Manipur Hockey at Khuman Lampak.

In the first match, PHAM thrashed goalless NYC with nine goals.

Sh Wangamba scored three goals in the 4th, 9th and 29th minutes of the match.

His second goal was scored in a penalty.

Th Rohen and Kh Devkishor also scored two goals in the match.

Rohen scored his two goals in the 10th and 11th minutes while Devkishor scored in the 27th and 43rd minutes.

Ksh Priyobrata and N Leejohn scored one goal each in the 19th and 46th minutes respectively.

Later in the second match, Lizard humiliated goalless CRAU with seven goals.

Th Athouba drew the first blood in the 10th minute of the match.

Jilele scored three goals in the 29th, 47th and 49th minutes of the match.

Maniton scored one goal in the 42nd minute in a penalty and his teammate Boy scored two goals in the 54th and 59th minutes.
