10th Manipur State League 2015 Victories for NEROCA FC, AIM , NISA

Imphal, October 26 2015: NEROCA FC, Sangakpham, AIM, Khabam and NISA, Thangmeiband advanced in the ongoing 10th Manipur State League 2015, sponsored by Khumukcham Ingocha Singh Memorial Trust, today at Mapal Kangjeibung, Imphal.

In today's first match, NEROCA FC edged past SSU, Singjamei by a margin of 3 goals to two.

The match began with NEROCA FC taking a 1-0 lead after Y Chingkhei converted a freekick in the 26th minute.

The second goal for NEROCA FC came through Imran Khan in the 38th minute after he swiftly collected a deflected ball from the goal post.

Ng Ronald's header through a corner kick from Ashok in the 62nd minute gave the third winning goal to NEROCA FC.

On the other side, a strike from T Raju and a converted penalty from H Dayananda Singh in the 80th minute gave two goals to SSU.

SSU's custodian S Dinakumar and L Gogocha and NEROCA FC's Imran Khan and were yellow carded during the match for unsporting behaviour.

In another match today, AIM, Khabam stunned MPSC by a margin of 2 goals to nil.

The winning goals of AIM were scored by O Milan and Tuishim Mashangva in the 90th and 90+1st minute respectively.

In the third match of the day, 10-men NISA, Thangmeiband registered a comfortable 2-0 win against ZFC, Churachandpur.

NISA took an early lead after L Roshan banged in the opening goal through a low pass from L Sanatomba in the 2nd minute.

Minutes later, NISA doubled the lead after N Jimmy found the net in the 20th minute.

NISA's L Ratan was sent off in the 71st minute after he was double cautioned during the match for unsporting behaviour while Th Itomba was booked with a yellow card.
