MNCA donates 40 oxygen cylinders to government

Imphal, May 21 2021:
Manipur Cricket Association (MNCA) led by its president RK Imo Singh on Friday donated 40 D-type oxygen cylinders worth more than Rs 8 lakh to the state government, through the director of Health.
In a press release, MNCA expressed hope that the 40 Cylinders will help save more lives in the state, especially in the Covid Care Centres.
The association also opined that all sections of the society must come together to fight the dreaded disease by getting vaccinated, wearing mask, sanitising hands and maintaining social and physical distancing.
MNCA president RK Imo Singh, MLA Sagolband AC, had earlier distributed 10 ICU BPAP ventilators worth around Rs 22 lakh to the state government.
Laigthangbam Binoy Singh, vice-president MNCA; Singam Priyananda Singh, honarary secretary MNCA; Leishangthem Ronel Singh, honorary treasurer MNCA; and Konthoujam Bobin Singh, honorary joint secretary MNCA were present during the handing over of the oxygen cylinders.
