TRAU, Blue Hawk, CYCLONE & PTRC qualify for Elite semis

Imphal, July 18 2022: TRAU, Blue Hawk, CYCLONE and PTRC qualified for the semifinals as the league round of the 6th MNCA W Prahlada & W Ramnanda Elite Tournament ended on Monday.

REYS beat FORCE by 7 wickets in the last match of the league stage played at Luwangpokpa Cricket Stadi uni on Monday.

Both teams failed to advance in the final four round.

TRAU (Kwakeithel) finished atop the Group A standings unbeaten with 10 points from five matches in the league stage.

the Kwakeithel squad will face Group B runners up Blue Hawk (Khurai) in the first semifinal match on July 20 at Luwangpokpa Cricket Ground.

CYCLONE (Thangmeiband), on the other hand, were Group B winners.

They won four of their five matches in the league round to collect eight points and top their group.

The Thangmeiband side will be up against Group A runners up PTRC (Patsoi Part IV) in the second semifinal match on July 21 at Luwangpokpa Cricket Ground.

The final match will take place on July 24 .

FORCE (Kshetrigao) and WYC (Thoubal Wangkhem) were relegated from the MNCA Elite Tournament.

The tw o team s finished at the bottom of their groups.
