Imphal, July 18 2014 : Imphal East defeated Chandel by 5-0 goals in the 1st semi final match of the the U-17 category of the ongoing State Level Subroto Mukherjee Football Tournament 2014 for both U-14 and 17 years boys played at the Artificial Turf Ground of Khuman Lampak sports complex here today.

Shiraj of the triumphant Imphal East team opened the score account of his team by contributing 1 goal in the very first 2nd minute of the match.

It was followed by team mate Thangam Langkham who scored another goal in the 28th minute.

Later onm team mate Yashir added 2 more goals in the 52nd and 54th minute.

The fifth goal of the victorious team was fetched by Lalneo in the 56th minute.

In the second semi final, Imphal West defeated Bishnupur by 4-1 goals.

Leibakchao turned out to be lone player of Imphal West who contributed a hat trick winning 3 goals in the 52nd, 56th and 60th minute.

Team mate L.Ajay added 1 more goal to win the match in the 62nd minute.

The lone goal of Bishnupur was scored by O.Rishikanta in the 40th minute.

Imphal West and Thoubal played in the first semi final match of the U-14 category.

The match was won by Imphal West by 2-1 goals.

Commander of Imphal West scored the first goal in the 32nd minute.

Four minutes later, team mate RK.

Siriva contributed another goal in the 36th minute.

The lone goal of Thoubal was fetched by K.Dinku in the 39th minute.

In the second semi final match, Churachandpur defeated Imphal East by 4-2 goals.

Thangmilian of Churachandpur team scored the first goal in the 23rd minute.

After that, team mate Lunjoen added 1 more goal in the 40th minute while Paorinthang contributed 2 goals in the 47th and 49th minute.
