Ronald hits double as NEROCA FC crush KLASA

Ng Ronald Singh hit a brace to help NEROCA FC, Sangakpham advance to the quarterfinal after defeating KLASA, Keinou by a margin of 4 goals to nil in the ongoing 59th Sir Churachand Singh KCSI, CBE Memorial Football Tournament 2015, organised by the All Manipur Football Association (AMFA), today at Mapal Kangjeibung.
Today's match was a onesided encounter right from the beginning, as NEROCA FC opened their goal account in the 22nd minute through Nigerian striker O Emeka Christian off a cross from Y Randhan.
Exactly eight minutes later, NEROCA FC doubled the lead after A Jeremiah converted a penalty in the 28 th minute.

Dhananjoy's hand came in contact with the ball while he was trying to clear a throw ball from Md Sohail Shah.
The first half ended with NEROCA FC taking a comfortable 2-0 lead.
On the other hand, KLASA did not lose hope and fought back hard.
However, all their attempts were thwarted by the NEROCA FC defenders who stood firm throughout the match.
In the midst, Ng Ronald headed in the third goal of NEROCA FC in the 64th minute before he sealed the match 4-0 by scoring his second goal in the 82nd minute off a through pass from Y Randhan.
Nigerian striker of NEROCA FC O Emeka Christian was booked for unsporting behaviour during the match.
Tomorrow the first quarter final match will be played between ARC, Shillong and AIM, Khabam.
