69 Bn CRPF launches Nation Fit India Freedom run 2.0

Imphal, August 14 2021: As a part of the Nation Fit India Freedom run 2.0 to commemorate "Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav", 69 Battalion CRPF launched the movement at its Headquarters Mantripukhri and in all the sub units yesterday with the slogan 'Fitness ka Dose, Aadha Ghanta Roz', so as to encourage unit personnel/civil populace to make physical activity a routine in their daily lives, said a press release by the battalion.

AK Shukla, 2 I/C, Commandant-69BN, CRPF (AOL) flagged off the Fit India freedom run 2.0 that was attended by 200 participants including officer and jawans.

The main aim of this movement is to spread awareness about physical fitness and healthy living and will conclude on October 2, 2021, added the statement.
