The Group H opener was a lopsided affair as RAU took a 2-1 first half lead before running out 4-2 winners in the end.

L Joseph Kom then pulled back a goal for the Mantak team to enter into the break 1-2 .
RAU entered the second half with a similar approach as in the first half, dominating the possession and creating a series of runs that kept the UBSA defence under immense pressure.
Off a fine move, W Michael extended RAU's lead to 3-1 with a fine strike in the 64th minute before L Joseph Kom completed his double for UBSA in the 70th minute and cut the gap to just one goal.
RAU had to overcome UBSA pressure after the goal as the latter toiled hard to pull level.
The game however took a drastic turn with RAU capitalising a late chance and Ng Jiten made no mistake in beating the UBSA keeper in the 87th minute to hand RAU a two goal cushion.
Even as time was running out UBSA did fought back bravely to reduce the deficit but to no avail as RAU defence were at their best to deny any change in the scoreline.
Later in the second Group H league match, W Rojen Meitei earned PAMYAL a 1-0 first half lead with his 38th minute strike but Giftson Kamei converted a stoppage time opportunity to help XI-Star SU salvage a 1-1 draw.

Kh Taibanganba who received a yellow card in the 41st minute picked up another in the 61st minute reducing PAMYAL to 10-man while Giftson Kamei who received an early 5th minute yellow card was sent off during the stoppage time (90+3') following his goal celebration.
