5th Rongmei Sports Meet concludes

Imphal, April 09 2022: The Inter-college Sports Meet of Rongmei Collegiate Organization Imphal (RCOI) concluded today here at Khuman Lampak.

The sports meet was participated by 14 men's and women's teams of different colleges.

It was opened by Dinganglung alias Dipu Gangmei, MLA of Nungba as the chief guest and Daichui Gangmei, president Rongmei Naga Student's Organization Manipur as the guest of honour respectively.

5th Rongmei Sports Meet concludes

MB College clinched the men's football title defeating NG College as DM College of Arts defeated Modern College to emerge the men's volleyball champion.

In women's football, DM Commerce were vanquished by DM Arts as MB College defeated Liberal College in the for the women's volleyball crown.

In tug-of-war competition for men, Imphal college and DM Arts emerged as winners and runners up respectively while in women's competition MB College defeated Imphal College in the final.

The closing function was graced by Ramkung, president of Rongmei Naga Council Manipur as the chief guest and Martha Pamei secretary, Rongmei Naga Luh Phwam Imphal Luangrian as guest of honour respectively.
