KLASA, MPSC end in a goalless draw

Imphal, September 05 2014 : In a tough fight Keinou Library And Sports Association (KLASA), Keinou and Manipur Police Sports Club (MPSC) played a goalless draw in the ongoing 9th Manipur State League organised by All Manipur Football Association (AIFF) under the sponsorship of MLA Khumukcham Joykishan Singh today at Mapal Kangjeibung, Imphal.

As both teams played the match with full determination and equal skills, both failed to score goals against one another and the match ended in a goalless draw.

MPSC missed few opportunities against KLASA as the team strikers M Somochandra and Khem BK were under pressure and dragged their shots across the KLASA goalmouth.

On the other side, newly promoted KLASA played in form, by co-operating among the teammates but failed secure a goal.

KLASA's S Sanjit, MPSC's M Makulung Kabui and K Benjamin were booked yellow cards for misconduct during the match.

L Priyobrata, Th Kiranjit, Md Latif Ali, S Onil were the centre referee, AR1, AR2 and the match official respectively.
