Imphal, March 03 2012: Jain Shruti, who represented Manipur at the National Level Games 2010-2011 for persons with disabilities bagged two gold medals in swimming competition, according to information received here.

Special Games double gold medal winner Shruti Jain of Manipur acknowledges cheers at the prize distribution ceremony in Chennai

Shruti topped the competition in 50 metres freestyle and 50 metres breaststroke events at the Games organised by Special Olympics Bharat in partnership with the Ministry Youth Affairs and Sports' Scheme of sports and Games for Persons with Disabilities.

The Games was held from February 17 to 22 at the Tamil Nadu State capital.
