Imphal, July 31 2016: Lamlai HS, Imphal East and CT HSS (Mayang Imphal), Imphal West will clash in the Under-17 girl's final showdown of the State Level Subroto Mukherjee Football Tournament, organised by the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of Manipur, on August 2 at Main Stadium, Khuman Lampak Sports Complex, Imphal.

In the Under-17 girl's first semifinal match, Lamlai HS, Imphal East blanked Sofia English School, Thoubal by a margin of 4 goals to nil.

A brace from M Promila (12th, 59th) and strikes from Ph Anjali and M Promila in the 11th and 52nd minute gave the four winning goals to Lamlai HS.

In another semifinal match today, CT HSS, Imphal West outclassed Preparatory Sainik HS, Kangpokpi by a margin of 12 goals to nil.

Katrina (7th, 17th, 28th, 37th) and H Daya (10th, 21st, 25th, 32nd) were impressive with four goals each while Linda (14th, 43rd) and Babydolly (24th, 27th) hit a brace each for the winning side.

Earlier in the league round match, H Daya's brilliant five goals in the 11th, 15th, 40th, 51st and 59th minute helped CT HSS, Imphal West register a convincing 5-0 victory against Lamlai HS, Imphal East.

In another match, Sofia English School, Thoubal humiliated 2nd Lt Thomas Memorial, Ukhrul by a margin of 11 goals to nil.

In the Under-17 boy's league round, Loyalam Public School, Bishnupur downed Emmanuel School, Chandel by a margin of 4 goals to two.

In another match, Ukhrul HSS, Ukhrul claimed an easy 6-1 win over Awana Academy, Kangpokpi.

In the Under-14 boy's league round, Integrated Manipur Academy, Imphal West handed a 5-1 defeat to Career Residential Academy, Thoubal.

In another match, Lamlai HS, Imphal East was given a walkover after Emmanuel School, Chandel failed to turn up for the match.
