Inter battalion CRPF volleyball tournament held

Imphal, March 31 2017: Inter Gc's/battalion's (ops) volleyball tourna-ment of CRPF organised by 109 Bn CRPF, Mongsangei under the aegis of IG, Manipur and Nagaland Sector, CRPF was held from March 27 to March 29 .

According to a statement, a total of 9 teams participated in the tournament.

The final match was played between 69 Bn and 78 Bn.

In the hotly contested match, 69 Bn emerged as the winners beating their rivals in five sets.

VinodKumar, Commandant, 109 Bn, CRPF presided the finalmatch.

Congratulating the winners, the Commandant also lauded other participating teams forputtingup a good show during the tournament.
