Imphal, November 25 2011: A two-day interpersonal communication campaign on plan and scheme of the Government, organised by District Information Officer, has kick started at the conference hall of Sikini Inn at Tamenglong today.

District Treasury Officer Hanah Kamei, IPR Joint Director A Balkrishna Sharma and Peace Broker of Zeliangrong Forum Rev Palmei graced the occasion as chief guest, guest of honour and president respectively.
