Chandel, February 20 2021: Joupi Battalion of 28 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR(South) conducted a cleanliness drive alongwith local populace as part of Swacch Bharat Mission in Chandel District on yesterday.

The locals of Joupi and neighbouring villages enthusiastically participated in the cleanliness drive.

A brief lecture on 'Importance of Cleanliness' was also organised with an aim to encourage the youth and to promote awareness about health and sanitation.
