Imphal, September 18 2011: Reacting to the news report as published on September 17 issue about the arrest of NSCN-K cadre Tengkaoranmei Joy s/o TR Tantong of Taodaij and Gonsenlung Rongmei alias Angang by Imphal West commandos from Bimol Hotel, Wahengbam Leikai, NSCN-K/GPRN Zeliangrong region has clarified that the two individuals have nothing to do with the outfit.

A press release issued by the outfit's Zeliangrong region chairman R Adon asserted that the two individuals were frauds who had been trying to tarnish the image of the outfit.
