Jiribam, August 16 2013 : Manipuri Students' Federation (MSF) Special Branch, Jiribam has observed the 9th death anniversary of Pebam Chitaranjan at Jiribam Higher Secondary School today.

The occasion was attended by S Shusila Devi, President All Jiribam Meira Paobi as chief guest; M Nilkamal Singh, President MSF Special Branch as president; and M Shyam Kumar Singh, Ex-president MSF Jiribam Branch; M Hemanta Singh, President Jiri Development Organisation; and Y Sanjiv Singh, President AMSU District Committee as guests of honour.

During the observance, floral trubutes were paid to the photograph of Pebam Chitaranjan, and a peace rally was staged.

A two minutes silence was observed for the peace of the departed soul, and a patriotic song competition was held.
