"Bachpan Express Phase-II" launched

Thoubal, November 14 2019: Celebrating children's Day, Diamond Radio, under the sponsorship of United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) & Community Radio Association (CRA) New Delhi, launched its series on child marriage and girl education programme named "Bachpan Express Phase-II" today.

Diamond Radio Khongjom chairman and Community Radio Association (CRA) New Delhi vice president M Hemanta said that the programme aims at educating young girls and preventing child marriage.

"Bachpan Express Phase-II" will be relayed through 60 Community Radio Stations.

At the launching ceremony, Diamond Radio Station Programme Executive James Heikrujam was feted and honoured with gifts for his contributions towards the radio station.
