Imphal, September 14 2022: The District Youth Festival-Yuva Utsav of Thoubal district which was earlier scheduled to be held on September 17 has been postponed as directed by NYKS HQ due to some administrative problem.

In a release, NYK district youth officer Michael Thangminlien Mate informed that the new date of the programme has been tentatively re-scheduled on September 24, subject to the permission from HQ and it shall be communicated to all the participants who have already submitted registration forms for taking part in different competitions.
