Imphal, October 12 2017: In connection with the Pre-Republic Day Parade Camp 2017-18, a selection camp for NSS volunteers was organised at Manipur University campus today .

NSS volunteers from 12 colleges participated in the selection camp.

Of them, 31 volunteers were selected.

They will take part in a State level Pre-Republic Day Parade.

A total of 14 volunteers would be selected from the parade.

They will take part in the Pre-Republic Day Parade (Eastern Zone) to be held at Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar from November 7 to 16 .

Programme Co-ordinator, NSS Cell, MU, Dr K Shitaljit; Programme Officer, NSS Cell, Kumbi College, Kh Rameshore; OC Singjamei police station, Nongthombam Ingocha and former Programme Co-ordinator, NSS Cell, MU.

Dr Ch Ibohal attended the selection camp.
