Fingerlings released at three locations

Thoubal, October 11 2024: In a joint effort by District Fisheries Office, Thoubal, and Development Youth Club (DYC), Athokpam, fingerlings were released at three locations in Thoubal Athokpam area on Friday to enhance local fish production.

Release of the fingerlings in two community ponds near Athokpam Makha Leikai water supply and Athokpam Makha VDF Post, and Arong River half dam was held in the presence of district fishery officer Keisham Dineswor, department officials and DYC members.
