MNPF celebrates raising day

Imphal, March 11 2015: The Manipur Naga People's front (MNPF) today observed its 2nd raising day at MNPF's general headquarters, according to a statement issued by its assistant publicity secretary.

The observation was marked by paying homage to the departed members of the organisation, presentation of patriotic songs.

The statement extended gratitude to the people of Manipur for supporting and co-operating with the revolutionary movement of MNPF.

It further sought people's constructive suggestions in order to achieve an independent State.

The statement also assured its commitment to follow the footsteps of the revolutionary leaders who had sacrificed for the cause of Manipur liberation movement.
