Senapati, April 09 2019: Somorjit Salam, DEO/DC, Senapati today dispatched the first batch of polling personnel along with the security personnel from the Dispersal Centre at 11.45 am.

The team consisting of 11 security personnel and 5 polling personnel are heading towards one of the most remote and inaccessible polling station in 49/2 Tadubi (ST) A/C (Chakha).

On the polling day, 455 (262- male and 193- female) citizens will be exercising their voting right.

The polling personnel for the remaining 219 Polling Stations will be dispatch tomorrow commencing from 7 am from Senapati ground.

Meanwhile, polling and security personnel for 41-Chandel and 42 Tengnoupal polling stations have been dispatched from Maha Union Government Higher Secondary School ground, Chandel district HQs today.
