Jiribam, October 08 2017: The polling officials who were on duty in 57 polling stations of Jiribam district yesterday, have expressed profound gratitude to the DC Jiribam, DEO, ADC, RO and the security forces for ensuring smooth and problem free General Panchayat Election at the district .

The officials also praised the authorities concerned for providing necessary honorarium and training/ rehearsal to the polling officials .

They also praised the high officials for making necessary transport arrangements for polling officials from far flung areas after the completion of he polls, a feat which was never taken up in the past.
