Imphal, July 08 2022: Ex-SSB Personnel Welfare Association felicitated Waikhom Punshiba Singh, who recently cleared the UPSC civil service exam 2021-22, at its Khurai Thoidingjam Leikai office premises on Friday.

In a release, the Association informed that the felicitation programme was attended by retired commandants G Churchil, retired assistant commandant H Tomba Sharma, who is also the president of the Association, and N Khelendra Singh and retired deputy commandant K Surajkumar Singh as the chief guest, president and guests of honour respectively.
