Chandel, August 06 2015:
Diocesan Social Service Society (DSSS) in collaboration with Caritas India has distributed 15 bags of rice at Molnom, Gamngai, Phaiyang, Warkhu, Laitui, H Champhai and Munnuamjang villages today.
Health camps were also organised for the villagers.
Father Dominic Kanmi, director, DSSS has expressed his gratitude to Reverend Fr Stephen Touthang, Parish Priest and Principal of St Joseph School, Sugnu for visiting the flood-affected villages.
He also extended gratitude to the doctors of Primary Health Centres of Sugnu and Chakpikarong for addressing health related issues of the villagers.
