Aizawl, June 06, 2014: Peace Accord Mizo National Front (MNF) Returnees Association, also known as PAMRA is all set to celebrate the anniversary of Mizoram Peace Accord, 28 years after the accord was signed between the rebel MNF and the gvernment of India on June 30, 1986. In its executive meeting held today in Aizawl, PAMRA has unanimously decided to celebrate the 28th anniversary of Mizoram Peace Accord on coming June 30, 2014.Three eminent writers- Col.Lalrawnliana, C.Zama and R.Zamawia who wrote about Mizo Independence Movement would be commemorated on the occasion.

The Mizoram Accord was signed between the Mizo National Front and the Government of India on June 30, 1986 .
