Imphal, March 05 2014 : The Zillai (Vaiphei students' Association) has congratulated Kim Suantak on being conferred the Doctorate degree by the Linguistic dept of NEHU.

Kim Suantak did her Ph D on Vaiphei Phonetics, Phonology and Morphology: A Descriptive Study under the guidance of Prof SK Singh.

Dr Kim, the second daughter of Rev ST Khupa and Nemngaihchin of Hill Town, Ccpur is currently working on a project, Vaiphei Grammar with funding from the HRD Ministry through CIIL, Mysore.
