SWC appeals to stop terrifying people

Imphal, June 03 2024: Social Workers' Congress (SWC), Khongman has appealed to all concerned to stop terrifying the people by firing guns in the neighbourhood and residential areas.

In a press meet held at the SWC office on Monday, president Athokpam Birendra Singh recounted that a shooting incident that took place in Khongman Zone-5 area on May 31 around 11pm has left the nearby people terrified and disrupted normalcy in the area.

As such, he urged all concerned not to cany out such reckless actions in the future, while appealing to all to refrain from frightening the people in the area.
