Imphal, June 01 2022: Thanga MLA Tongbram Robindro on Wednesday inaugurated the office building of Manipur Institute of Open Schooling (MIOS) at Ghari Awang Leikai here.

Speaking as chief guest of the inaugural function, MLA T Robindro noted that as education plays pivotal role in development of society and its people, opening of the institute will facilitate access education to those who due to certain circumstances could not pursue education.

Former MLA and MIOS vice president L Radhakishore, who was also present at the function, mentioned that the institute will focus on youth and will provide them wholesome education including vocational training.
