Imphal, October 31 2012: A three-day 'special leadership training programme/residential camp' organised by Manipur Pradesh youth Congress Committee commenced from today at Congress Bhavan.

While Chief Minister O ibobi Singh and MPCC president Gaikhangam attended the inauguration programme as the chief guest and president respectively, Congress Ministers, MLAs and workers also graced the occasion.

Addressing the participants, O Ibobi and Gaikhangam called upon the party's youth leaders and workers to continuously work for the overall development of Manipur along with promoting communal harmony.

Expressing confidence that the training programme will enlighten the participants on the need to serve the people for a progressive nation they also stressed that the youths should have spirit of sacrifice to win confidence of the masses.
