Imphal, June 30 2015 : The Directorate of Education (S) would be giving out merit scholarship of Rs 6000 per annum to 300 highest scorers in the High School Leaving Certificate Examination, 2015 conducted by the BOSEM and a sum of Rs 12000 per annum to 125 highest scorers in science stream, 125 in arts stream and 50 in commerce stream in the Higher Secondary School Leaving Examination, 2015 conducted by COHSEM.

Students who secured 411 or above marks in aggregate in HSLC and 420 or above in science stream, 320 in arts stream and 325 or above in aggregate in commerce stream in the HSE are eligible for the scholarship.

Entitlement card and form of statement of particulars for the said scholarship could be dowloaded from the Department's website - www.manipureducation.gov.in.
