Imphal, November 26 2019: The Chief Engineer of Manipur Development Society (MDS) has notified that the SP of Vigilance has taken up a vigilance case regarding the construction of Bishnupur Sports Complex.

The notice mentioned that the project was under taken by MDS when H Nandakumar Singh was the Executive Engineer.

He was promoted to SE on April 1 this year but the project has been lying defunct for the last two years, it added.
