Imphal, August 25 2011: The Southern Tangkhul Students Union (STSU) has organized a one day consultation prgramme on education on August 24 at Kasom Khullen.

The consultation was attended by students, villagers and social workers.

The function was graced by Shyamchandra, SDO, Kasom Khullen as Chief Guest.

Most the resource persons who attended the function expressed deep concerned over the present state of education system particularly in the hill areas.

The infrastructure, education management in the village school is totally defunct, it added.
