Imphal, May 24 2012: Reacting to the news item which appeared in the May 24 edition of this paper under the caption 'Manidco engineers face fraud slur' the Corporation has clarified that the works stated hav e been completed and the authority concerned of Fishery Department has issued the completion certificate as well as finalised the handing and taking over process.
