Imphal, November 22 2010: While informing all concerned that oil tankers have to proceed towards Assam/Nagaland on NH-53/39 only with security escort, Senior SP of Imphal West, L Kailun has clarified that police have not given any clearance to oil tankers to go ahead and proceed towards Assam on NH-53 without security escort as reported in some section of the media on November 18 .
