Imphal, October 22 2012: The students union of Indira Gandhi National Tribal University-RC Manipur congratulated Ngamtinlun Touthang for securing First Class (3rd) and bagging the Sapam Tomcha Singh Memorial Gold Medal (for securing highest mark in International Relations) in M Phil (Pol.

Science) exam conducted by MU.

Ngamtinlun Touthang is the son of Lunkhohao Touthang and Lamkhohoi Touthang of H Molhoi Village, Sadar Hills, Saikul subdivision.

The students union also wished him a successful career ahead.
