Imphal, March 21 2016: Eye screening camp was organised by the District Mission Health Society, Tamenglong at the district hospital today.

Organised under the National Programme for Control of Blindness, the screening programme was also conducted yes- terday.

13 patients who were detected with eye related problems today would be operated tomorrow.

In the meantime, district level workshop cum training programme organised by the District Mission Health Society, Tamenglong for all the medical staff members of the PHSCs has also kicked off today at IDSP hall, district hospital.
