Imphal, October 20 2016: Infuriated over the non-completion of Yairipok Bazaar-Chandra khong road construction work, locals have today imposed an indefinite road blockade.

It has been reported that ABCI company had initiated road widening work under ADB.

However, no work has been implemented for almost two months.

As such, people have been facing difficulties while travellig to and fro the area.

Demanding ABCI to blacktop the road at the earliest, locals said the indefinite blockade will continue until the work is initiated.
