CDSU wants NIOS centre relocated

Imphal, March 20 2015 : Churachandpur District Students' Union (CDSU) has petitioned the Regional Director of NIOS to reallocate examination centre allocated to Royal Academy, NIOS study centre as it will likely cause inconveniences to intending local candidates.

Royal Academy NIOS study centre was allocated the Kendriya Vidyalaya, Upper Komkeirap, Loktak centre for their upcoming March-April NIOS theory examination.

The student body is, however, wary that the school, located 20 kms from the academy, with no proper transportation facility, nor lodging facility, will be too demanding and risky for students, our correspondent reports.
