Thoubal, December 18 2015 : CO of Ist Bn Manipur Rifles, Thokchom Radheshyam Singh, inaugurated the new club building of Youth Development Organisation (YDO), Heirok part II today.

The inaugural event was attended by social worker Laishram Krishnadas Singh, Heirok part II GP pradhan Thokchom Dhamendra Meitei, retired Headmaster Thokchom Chourajit Singh and social worker Moirangthem Tombi Singh as president and guests of honour respectively.

The construction of the club building began in 2008 with donations from the locals.
