Remedial coaching for minority students begins

Imphal, July 17 2014: Under the sponsorship of Minorities & OBC Economic Development Society (MOBEDS), Government of Manipur, a 6-month long free remedial coaching for educationally backward minority students studying in class VI and X commenced from today Ahmadabad High School, Jiribam.

The inaugural function of the coaching programme was attended by APO of MOBEDS Md.Anwar Ali as chief guest.

Md.Feiz Ahmad, Ex-Pradhan of Sonapur G.P; Md.Azizul Haque, Headmaster of Ahmadabad High School, Jiribam; Md.Jalal Uddin, Social Worker and Md.Abdul Samad Mozumdar, Social worker, were also among those shared the dais of the inaugural function as presidium members.

During the 6-month coaching which is to be conducted with Md.Mozamilali as co-ordinator, seven teachers would be taking classes on English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.
