Imphal, March 15 2024: Manipur State Council/Communist Party of India (MSC/CPI) former state secretary and AITUC Manipur general secretary Laishram Sotinkumar will be contesting the upcoming Lok Sabha elections as party's nominee from the Inner Manipur Parliamentary constituency.

A release issued by MSC/CPI informed that a national executive meeting of CPI convened on Thursday resolved to field Sotinkumar as the party's candidate in the upcoming polls.
