Imphal, August 14 2021: Continuing with their campaign to save the environment, members of Rotary Club of Imphal on Saturday planted 275 tree saplings at Sinam Kom village under the theme 'Save Mother Earth' .

Speaking on the occasion, Rotary Club of Imphal president Devkumar Thoudam informed that in June 2020, Rotary Foundation Trust ee and Rotary International Board of Directors agreed that environment is one of the seven issues that need to be focused on.

As a part of the programme, Rotary Club also provided items related to combating Covid-19 to Sinam Kom village chief.
