Imphal, February 14 2016: Imphal College Students' Union or- ganised the annual social freshers meet 2015-16 of the college yesterday.

Attending as the chief guest, Lok Sabha MP Dr T Meinya said student life is the most enjoyable and im- portant part of life.

"This phase is where one's future is shaped.

Parents and guard- ians must take special care of their children at this stage", the MP stated.

Education sector has ad- vanced remarkably in the present day.

Students of the State are able to secure re- spectable places in National level competitive examina- tions and that is a matter of pride.

MLA RK Anand pre- sided over the function.
